Our families create our links to both the past and the future, and bestow us with our own personal legacies. Yet it’s surprising how little most of us know about our families. How many times have you wondered about your own family or wished that those who have passed had left something tangible behind, something written just for you? On Thanksgiving I was told something that had happened to my mom in her childhood. Had I of known this I may have had a better understanding of the choices she made in life.

It can be hard to keep up with journal writing, but words in writing become lasting treasures. I often sit with letters that my grandmother wrote to me over the years.❤️ It is my hope that on this "GIVING" Tuesdayyou give yourself the gift this video has to offer and remember that hand written notes become treasures. This is my resolve for my coming year. ✨
